Limo Anywhere alternatives
Updated Competitor facts checked
4 options operators move to.
- 01
liverybook
Per office seat, no per-trip fee
Best for: Offices with two or more staff that want dispatch, CRM, billing and a white-label portal in one ledger, and farm out to a managed affiliate roster
No driver app, SMS or Stripe Connect yet, and tenants are created by liverybook rather than self-serve.
- 02
Moovs
Flat monthly by plan sized to vehicle count, no per-trip fee; Standard $149, Pro $199, Enterprise from $999, $299 setup on Standard and Pro
Best for: Small fleets that need a driver app, SMS and card payouts today, or want to start on a free plan
The passenger app is a separate add-on listed at $499 a month with a $1,000 setup fee, and CRM is sold through sales.
- 03
Book Rides Online
Flat monthly by team size; Basic $59 for 10 team members, Plus $79 for 25, Pro $99 for 50, no setup fee, 30-day trial
Best for: One to five car operators who want the lowest monthly bill with a driver app and website form included
Its public pages do not describe an affiliate network or farm-out workflow.
- 04
FASTTRAK Cloud
Monthly by booking volume; Starter $99 for up to 100 bookings, Professional from $129, Enterprise from $219, plus 15 cents a booking over the base and $100 to $495 setup
Best for: Operators who want GNet and eAffiliate access and a developer API, and are comfortable with metered overage
Driver app, SMS and API usage are each metered above an included tier, so the bill moves with volume much as Limo Anywhere's does.
There are four alternatives to Limo Anywhere on this page: liverybook, Moovs, Book Rides Online and FASTTRAK Cloud. Operators look at them for three reasons. The first is the meter: Limo Anywhere's pricing page lists $0.25 a trip on Core and $0.20 a trip on Plus and Black on top of a monthly base, with $0.40 to $0.50 a trip above each plan's included volume and $0.25 to $0.75 per accepted farm-in or farm-out through LA Net. The second is the number of separately priced modules, such as the CRM at 1% of bookings with a $300 a month minimum on Core and Plus. The third is the affiliate model: LA Net is an open network, and some operators want their own vetted roster with insurance on file instead.
None of that makes Limo Anywhere a poor product. It has been in the market since 2004, it includes a driver app on every plan, and for an operator whose farm-in business depends on LA Net visibility, leaving has a real cost. The question is whether the per-trip meter and the add-on list fit the way your office works now.
How to choose
Start with fleet size, because the pricing units differ. Moovs sizes its plans by vehicle count, Book Rides Online by team members, FASTTRAK Cloud by monthly bookings, and liverybook by office seat. A 30-car fleet with three office logins is three seats on liverybook and Enterprise on Moovs; a two-car operator with one login is the reverse. Run your own numbers on /pricing before you compare feature lists.
Then decide whether a driver app is required on day one. Moovs, Book Rides Online and FASTTRAK Cloud each state a driver app on their pricing or feature pages. liverybook does not have one yet; it is on the roadmap, and today the dispatcher sets your own drivers' statuses from the run board while affiliate drivers update through a tokenised link. If drivers must self-update from a phone this quarter, rule liverybook out for now.
Affiliate volume is the third filter. If most of your farm-out goes to operators you do not know, a network matters: FASTTRAK Cloud lists GNet and an eAffiliate exchange and Moovs documents GNet setup and farming out to external affiliates. If most of it goes to the same ten partners, liverybook's approach fits better: an affiliate record with tier, approval status, insurance expiry, alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days, and a compliance gate that blocks assignment when cover has lapsed. See /for/affiliate-networks.
Finally, the portal. Book Rides Online includes a website reservation form on every plan. Moovs gives every plan a booking link and an embeddable widget from Standard. liverybook's customer portal runs at your own subdomain with your branding, guest checkout, round trips, seasonal rates and loyalty points, and the white-label portal guide covers setup. If corporate accounts book through a branded page with their own logins, weigh this one heavily.
Why operators leave per-trip pricing
A per-trip fee is small on any one trip and large across a year. At 400 trips a month on Core, $0.25 a trip adds $100 to a $99 base, and every farmed trip adds up to $0.75 more. The bigger effect is behavioural: the meter taxes growth, so a busy December costs more than a quiet February and a new airport contract raises the software bill before it raises margin. The glossary entry on per-trip pricing and the switching guide go through the arithmetic, and /pricing shows what a seat-based bill looks like for your office. If you are deciding between the two models on numbers alone, work out your seats, your busiest month and your farm-out count, then compare.
Questions about switching.
What is the best alternative to Limo Anywhere?
It depends on fleet size and whether you need a driver app today. Moovs is the common choice for a small fleet that needs the driver app and SMS now; liverybook fits an office that wants per-seat pricing with dispatch, CRM and billing in one system and can wait for the driver app.
Which Limo Anywhere alternatives have no per-trip fee?
liverybook, Moovs and Book Rides Online all publish flat or per-seat pricing with no per-trip fee. FASTTRAK Cloud charges a base by booking volume plus 15 cents a booking over the base, so it is metered.
Can I keep farming out if I leave Limo Anywhere?
Yes, but the model changes. Moovs and FASTTRAK Cloud connect to networks such as GNet; liverybook manages your own approved affiliates with an insurance compliance gate rather than an open network.
