For affiliate networks

Farm-out with a compliance gate, not a group text.

Operators who move work through affiliates need three things the category rarely gives them: a roster with approval and insurance dates, a gate that refuses dispatch to a lapsed partner, and status updates from the affiliate's driver without giving them a seat. liverybook models affiliates with tier, approval status and computed compliance, blocks farm-out to blocked or expired partners, alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days before insurance expiry, and gives affiliate drivers a tokenised link to move a leg from en route to completed.

What affiliate networks operators use first.

  • The roster

Affiliate contacts by role (owner, dispatch, billing, ops, safety) and a driver roster with licence number, state and expiry.

  • Approval and compliance

Pending, under review, approved, suspended, blocked; compliance computed from approval and insurance expiry.

  • Farm-out in the row

Subcontractor, sub driver and sub vehicle are run board columns. The select only lists approved partners.

  • Status without a seat

The affiliate driver gets a link scoped to the leg. They can move it en route, arrived, on board, arrived, completed; they cannot cancel or no-show.

Questions affiliate networks operators ask.

Do affiliate drivers need a login?

No. They receive a tokenised link for the leg and update its status from it. Affiliates and their drivers are never seats.

What stops dispatch to an uninsured affiliate?

The compliance gate. An affiliate whose approval is suspended or blocked, or whose insurance has expired, cannot be selected as a subcontractor.
