The ledger, not the app store.
liverybook is the operating system for ground transportation. It is back-office and dispatch software sold to the companies that run the cars, not a marketplace and not a consumer app. One record of every ride, from the first quote to the paid invoice, priced per office seat because that is how an ERP is priced.
Why the name
A livery book is the book a good operator already keeps.
Livery is the trade's own word for chauffeured car service. A livery book is the operator's ledger: every ride booked, dispatched, driven and billed, in one place. The name promises the thing operators sell to their own clients, which is reliability.
Three rules the product is built on.
- 01
Per-trip pricing taxes growth.
Software that charges more in your best month is working against you. A seat is a seat, and a trip is yours.
- 02
Speak the trade.
Farm-out, garage time, meet and greet, wait time, late cancel. If the word is in your rate sheet, it is a field, not a note.
- 03
Calm under pressure.
Dispatch is stressful. The software says exactly what happened, in the pickup’s timezone, with nothing blinking.
