CRM
The pipeline ends in a booking, not a handoff.
liverybook's CRM is a pipeline board of leads, a set of accounts with a health score recomputed every night from the trips you actually ran, and proposals that convert into customers, rate lists and bookings in one nine-step atomic transaction. A lead that has paid is locked so nobody drags it backwards by mistake. Nothing is retyped into dispatch, because dispatch reads the same record.

What crm covers today.
Pipeline board
Leads move across stages on a board. Moving a converted lead back puts its draft bookings on hold; moving it forward again restores them. A lead with payment received cannot be moved at all.
Accounts and health
An account is the company before it is a customer. Its health score is recomputed nightly at 02:00 UTC so the list sorts by who is cooling off, not by who shouted last.
Proposals
A proposal carries a rate list and, for trip quotes, the legs. Accepting it creates the customer, attaches the rate list to the billing account, drafts the booking and logs the interaction, all or nothing.
Pay and convert
Accept with a card on file and the charge, the transaction record, the balance recomputation and the confirmed booking happen in one step. A declined card rolls the whole thing back.
Sequences and tasks
Email sequences run every 15 minutes against enrolled leads from your own sending domain. Tasks sit on the lead so the follow-up is where the record is.
Expiry without a reminder
Proposals carry a valid-until date and expire themselves daily. The lead stays; the stale price does not.
RoadmapThe CRM is built; a screenshot of the pipeline board is being added to the brand kit.
Asked on most demos.
Does the CRM create a customer automatically?
No. An account stays an account until a proposal is accepted; then the customer, billing account and rate list are created together.
Can I quote a trip from the CRM?
Yes. A trip-quote proposal holds the legs. Accepting it drafts the booking with those legs in dispatch.
What happens if a card is declined on pay and convert?
The entire conversion rolls back: no customer, no booking, no transaction. The lead stays where it was.
