liverybook vs Limo Anywhere

Updated Competitor facts checked

liverybook is the better fit for an office that is tired of paying per trip and wants dispatch, CRM and billing in one ledger. It charges per office seat with no per-trip fee, runs a white-label portal at your own subdomain with guest checkout, gates farm-out behind an affiliate approval and insurance compliance check, and shows every leg in its pickup timezone. Limo Anywhere wins today if you need a driver mobile app, passenger texting, or the LA Net network of 5,500 operators on day one. liverybook has no driver app, no SMS and no Stripe Connect yet, it is a younger product, and tenants are set up by liverybook rather than self-serve.

How each one bills.

liverybook

liverybook is priced per office seat, and the tier follows monthly trip volume: $49 a seat up to 500 trips, $89 up to 5,000 and $149 above that, with 5 % off for annual billing. There is no per-trip fee and no fee on farmed trips, and no setup fee on Starter or Professional; drivers and affiliate drivers are never seats.

Limo Anywhere

Limo Anywhere sells three plans, Core, Plus and Black, each with a monthly base that steps up with trip volume plus a per-trip fee. Core starts at $99 a month plus $0.25 a trip with a $299 one-time fee, Plus at $249 plus $0.20 a trip with $599 upfront, and Black at $549 plus $0.20 a trip with $899 upfront; the highest volume tiers reach $1,210, $3,399 and $5,999 a month, as of 29 October 2026.

An honest split.

Pick liverybook if

Pick liverybook if you run a black-car or combined fleet with office staff, farm out regularly, and want the run board, CRM, invoices and portal in one system without a per-trip meter. It suits an operator who can wait for the driver app and SMS, and who wants a monthly bill that does not move with volume.

Pick Limo Anywhere if

Pick Limo Anywhere if your drivers need a mobile app this month, you text passengers every day, or your farm-in business depends on being visible to LA Net affiliates. It has been in the market since 2004 and has a wide set of add-on modules that liverybook does not match yet.

Limo Anywhere is the incumbent in black-car software, with a driver app, a passenger app and the LA Net affiliate network, and it bills a monthly base plus a per-trip fee. liverybook is the operating system for ground transportation, priced per office seat with no per-trip fee, and it does not yet have a driver app or SMS. The rest of this page lays out where that trade sits for a working dispatch office.

Where the two products differ most

The first difference is the meter. Limo Anywhere's pricing page lists Core at $99 a month plus $0.25 a trip with a $299 one-time fee, Plus from $249 plus $0.20 a trip with $599 upfront, and Black from $549 plus $0.20 a trip with $899 upfront. The base steps up with trip volume, and trips above each plan's included count cost $0.40 to $0.50 each. Farm-in and farm-out through LA Net carry their own charge of $0.25 to $0.75 per accepted trip. liverybook charges per office seat, so a busy December costs the same as a quiet February, and farmed trips are not metered. See /pricing and the glossary entry on per-trip pricing.

The second is farm-out. LA Net is a network that, by the vendor's own account, connects you to over 5,500 operators, and a farm-out sends the affiliate total to the receiving operator and returns a reference number. That reach is real and liverybook does not have it. liverybook's model is the affiliate you already work with: a record with tier, approval status, insurance expiry and a computed compliance status, expiry alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days, and a compliance gate before a trip can go to a blocked or expired affiliate. The affiliate's driver updates status through a tokenised link and cannot cancel or mark a no-show.

The third is what counts as one system. Limo Anywhere sells its CRM, Lead Quote Close, as a separate module priced at 1% of bookings with a $300 a month minimum on Core and Plus, and the passenger app as a $199 setup plus $99 a month add-on below Black. In liverybook the lead pipeline, proposals, bookings, invoice lines and transactions share one ledger; a proposal converts to a booking in a single transaction and balance due is always recomputed from transactions. The customer portal at your own subdomain, with your branding and guest checkout, is part of Professional rather than an add-on.

The fourth is time. Every liverybook leg displays in its pickup location's timezone, so a DCA to LAX itinerary shows pickup in ET and the LA-side times in PT, and an 11:30 PM ET trip stays on that day's manifest. Limo Anywhere's public pages do not describe how multi-city itineraries are displayed, so ask them directly if your work crosses timezones.

What liverybook does not have yet

Limo Anywhere includes a driver app on every plan that sends GPS from the driver's phone, a branded passenger app with ride tracking, and scheduled texting in the US and Canada. liverybook has none of these today. The driver mobile app, SMS, push notifications, Stripe Connect onboarding, PDF manifests and self-serve signup are on the roadmap. Until the driver app ships, your own drivers' statuses are set by the dispatcher on the run board, and there is no live vehicle tracking.

Limo Anywhere has also been in the market since 2004 and serves nearly 5,400 customers, with a Zapier connector and a long list of add-on modules. liverybook is a younger product with a smaller surface. It has a REST API with scoped keys and webhooks, but tenants are created by liverybook, so the first step is a demo, not a signup form.

Switching

Most operators who leave a per-trip plan do it at a quiet month, with a clean export of accounts, affiliates and rate lists. The guide to switching from per-trip software walks through what to export, how to load rates and rate groups, and how to run both systems for a week. Pricing shows the seat tiers; a demo is the fastest way to see your own trips on the run board.

liverybook or Limo Anywhere?

Is liverybook cheaper than Limo Anywhere?

For an office of two or three seats running a few hundred trips a month, usually yes, because liverybook has no per-trip fee and no setup fee on Starter or Professional. Limo Anywhere's Core plan starts at $99 a month plus $0.25 a trip with a $299 one-time fee, so the comparison depends on seats versus trip volume.

Does liverybook have a driver app like Limo Anywhere?

Not yet. Limo Anywhere includes a driver app on every plan; liverybook's driver app is on the roadmap, and today dispatchers set driver status from the run board while affiliate drivers update status through a tokenised link.

Can liverybook replace LA Net for farm-out?

liverybook manages your own affiliate roster with approval status, insurance expiry and a compliance gate, and farms trips to those affiliates. It does not operate an open network of other operators the way LA Net does.

Does Limo Anywhere still charge per trip?

Yes, as of 29 October 2026 its pricing page lists $0.25 a trip on Core and $0.20 a trip on Plus and Black, plus overage of $0.40 to $0.50 a trip above each plan's included volume.
