Does liverybook charge per trip?

No. liverybook charges per office seat, like the ERP it is. Your monthly trip volume decides the tier, and inside a tier the invoice is the same at 300 trips or 3,000.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on Starter or Professional. Enterprise includes onboarding and data migration from your current system.

Can I bring my affiliates?

Yes. Affiliates, their contacts and their drivers are records in your tenant, not seats. You can farm out a trip to an approved affiliate on Professional and Enterprise, and the compliance gate blocks dispatch to an affiliate whose insurance has lapsed.

What counts as a seat?

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing takes 5 % off the monthly seat rate on every tier: $46.55 instead of $49 on Starter, $84.55 instead of $89 on Professional, $141.55 instead of $149 on Enterprise.
